From financial reporting to the customer lifecycle
Ahmed’s background spans financial and revenue accounting, technical accounting, planning, budgeting, reporting, controls, audit preparation, and revenue operations. His work has included sales and finance handoffs, deal desk, contract review, lead to cash and order to cash processes, billing, collections and revenue recognition.
That combination matters because a finance issue is often an operating issue in disguise. An inaccurate forecast may begin with a pipeline definition. A collection delay may begin with a contract term or billing handoff. The objective is to find the root cause, not just produce another report.

Ahmed has held senior finance leadership roles with technology companies, including organizations managing complex recurring revenue models, enterprise customer contracts, cross functional systems and audit requirements. His experience includes work in environments preparing for, operating around and adapting to public company reporting expectations.
